As a SYSTIMAX Solutions Prestige Partner since the programme first began, Royce are amongst the elite within the industry, offering the highest level of operational support and technical expertise in the market. Our partnership, dating back to 1990 is stronger than ever, providing the customer with world leading solutions, delivered by a company with proven credentials.
In order to know how to design and install a leading vendor product range such as SYSTIMAX SCS a comprehensive and specific training programme is required to support the product, the warranty and the Business Partner that delivers it.
SYSTIMAX Business Partners have trained SYSTIMAX Professionals on staff who have proven their knowledge in the latest cabling technology through rigorous certification and training. The SYSTIMAX Certification is an impressive measure of competency that can be relied on.
The select group of SYSTIMAX Business Partners have a solution-specific program to support them, and subsequently their customers, in achieving the best solution, installation and performance.
Brand-Rex operates an authorised installer scheme, where only accredited installers such as Royce are able to offer the warranty. The training deals with all the design and test aspects of a Brand-Rex copper and optical fibre cabling system and is aimed at engineers and project managers already familiar with structured cabling. This is a mandatory course for all Brand-Rex Partners and must be retaken every two years.
We are members of the independent telecommunications association BICSI and hold accreditation at the highest level of RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer).

Our commitment to responsible working practices and the health & safety of our customers, our staff and the general public is endorsed by our exemplary record since 1989. Clients have a legal obligation to ensure that external contractors and service providers working on their premises operate in a safe way. There is therefore a need to assess contractors' health & safety arrangements and increasingly this is being carried out through Safecontractor.
Royce are accredited to and assessed by Safecontractor, an accreditation scheme that assesses the health & safety competency of contractors and service providers.
Many of our personnel have also undergone specific Health & Safety training for asbestos awareness, plus chemical and pharmaceutical environments.
Trusted in secure locations, Royce are experienced in working in military and sensitive sites, with personnel security cleared at various levels.
Indeed, we are often relied upon to work unaccompanied outside of normal working hours, in unoccupied premises, reducing both risk and customer overheads.
Many organisations have at times experienced bad products and installations, and understand the importance of quality in the products they deploy in their infrastructures. In a recent global survey of over 2,000 IT Managers, undertaken by SYSTIMAX Solutions, respondents were asked to select the single most important factor in making their cabling decision. 38 percent selected quality - double that of the next most important factor selected, technical performance.
Our accreditation and on-going responsibility to the latest standard, BS EN ISO 9001:2000, provides Royce with a realistic, workable system for the benefit of our customers and our business.
